How do I identify the correct replacement part?
Send the manufacturer, instrument model and part number from the component label. Include photographs when possible. Similar-looking components can have different connections or instrument compatibility; request confirmation for your specific setup before ordering.
What is included with a complete system?
Review the individual listing and ask for a configuration list covering each module, detector, computer, software, cables and accessories you require. Confirm any item that is not explicitly listed.
Can I request testing information?
Ask which test results, photographs or demonstration videos are available for the item. Let us know the functions you need to verify, including any known faults or missing components shown in the listing.
What should I confirm for instrument software?
Confirm the software version, operating system, instrument drivers, included computer and scope of the license offered. Request clarification of the supplied licensing and activation arrangements for your intended configuration.
How do I request a shipping quotation?
Include the delivery country, postal code and quantity. For complete systems, also describe any delivery access requirements. Confirm the quoted packing, transport charges, estimated dispatch time and responsibility for import charges before placing the order.
Which warranty and return terms apply?
Warranty periods and return terms vary by item. Review the product listing and written quotation, including the covered components, exclusions and return arrangements. Ask for clarification if the terms differ or are unclear.
